 I agree to receive promotional marketing messages from United Properties Solution LLC. Messages will be Offers and/or Property Updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message & data rates may apply; carrier rates may apply.  The Service may include property listings, descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, maps, and other information. Listings may come from third-party providers, owners, managers, or users.

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of listings or third-party information. All content is provided "as is."
You should verify all information independently before making any decisions based on the Service.

7. Payment, Fees & Refunds

If the Service includes paid features, subscription plans, or transaction processing, you agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with those services.
Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment processor. Your use of such processors is subject to their terms.
Refunds, if any, will be at our discretion and subject to any published refund policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL UNITED PROPERTIES SOLUTION OR ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho without regard to conflict of law principles.

General - Court: You and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service.

The Service is intended for users located in The United States of America. If you access the Service from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use outside The United States of America.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and United Properties Solution regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
